In the midst of COVID-19, many of us are spending more time indoors than usual - but maintaining an active lifestyle is critical to not only our physical wellbeing but our mental health as well.

Go for walks, practice yoga, amp up the energy with kickboxing, dance around the living room - whatever works for you, make sure it’s a part of your regular routine.
